Contact us and ship the item back within: 30 days of delivery
Customer satisfaction is one of our upmost priorities. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days of the date you received it in original purchase condition.
Please message us for a return authorization number and packing instructions. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package in order for us to process your return. Shipments received without an RMA number will be refused or subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Once you have received an RMA, package your item according to the detailed instructions. Returns shipments are at your expense and must be insured. We do not provide return labels.
Once we have received the item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in original purchase condition including all paperwork, certification, and appraisals. Upon approval, we will refund you the purchase price less any purchased shipping within 5-7 business days.
Multiple returns: Returns for 2 or more of the same type of item (rings, earrings, necklaces, etc) are subject to a 8% restocking fee per item returned.
All sales are final for: custom, personalized/engraved, and worn items. Items that state "CUSTOM" are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges. Items will be refunded and you may purchase a new item. For wedding bands and eligible items that need resizing, please refer to our resizing details below.
We offer a complimentary resize for wedding bands purchased through us (within one full ring size). Please be advised that this service may not be eligible for rings with stones or particular designs and resizing may be limited for certain designs such as 2-tones. For wedding bands that need more than one full ring size, you may ship it back for a return and purchase a new one if it is within the 30 day return window. For resizes outside of our 30 day return window, we do offer a Ring Resizing Service.
