Ring Sizing:
We use the most industry precise gauges and tools to make sure all our items fit as perfectly as possible. If ordering online, we recommend to get your finger sized by at least two jewelers as they may use different methods. For the best result, we offer FREE ring sizers mailed within the USA (message us with your name and address). Please read our FAQ for more sizing details.
If your ring is slightly loose or tight, resizing is a very easy procedure that is done by stretching or compressing the ring. If your ring is off by over one full ring size, a more advanced procedure is necessary. Although you can easily resize your ring with a local jeweler, we also offer resizing services to our customers.

Deposits and Abandoned Items:
Deposits for jewelry, gemstones, or repairs are to be forfeited after 90 days. Items that have been shipped to us for repairs or work to be done that have been abandoned after 90 days are to subject to a holding fee.
