Populent makes timeless jewelry adorned for both everyday and special occasions. We strive to deliver with an honest and personal approach in finding that perfect piece at an affordable price.

Founded by second generation jewelers and cousins, David Tang and Monica Lao, the passion and keen eye for jewelry is naturally deep-rooted in decades of family trade experience. Started in 2016, Populent is a new collection of well thought out everyday essentials and future heirlooms. Our intent was for a collection to be approachable as an alternative to the traditional retail markups of past.

Our headquarters is based in the heart of the jewelry district of Los Angeles. We work with the most skilled of caliber artisans and suppliers selected by us to ensure that each piece produced is of the highest quality. For custom bespoke pieces, we have decades of experience with a vast resource of gemstones and materials.
