Because some items are made to order, time from order processing to delivery will vary. All orders are shipped with USPS or FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your item is on its way.
We understand that certain orders are a surprise or for a certain occasion. Please let us know if we can accommodate any arrangements such as Saturday delivery or delivery on a certain date. We do provide rush orders when possible and expedited shipping for an additional fee.
For your protection, we always:
- Insure all items for their full value
- Recommend that all deliveries be made to a physical or home address. P.O. Boxes are not accepted for orders over $500.
- Require a signature for orders over $500.
International Shipping
We use UPS International for standard delivery (2-8 days). For expedited shipping, we use UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days) and FedEx International Priority (1-3 business days) and may incur additional customs processing time depending on the destination country. Shipments are fully insured during transit time and are subject to all custom/duties and taxes imposed by your country. Any customs/duties/vat/broker fees are paid for the buyer.

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, non-delivery, incorrect address due to customer error, or due to customs - the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
